In Santa Monica….Bergamot hosts its Spring Fling event family event. In addition to art, enjoy food trucks, live music. March 24, 2018:
1301PE presents “Standardized Patient.,” an exhibition of new work by Los Angeles-based artist and filmmaker Kerry Tribe. This will be her third exhibition at the gallery. Commissioned by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SF MoMA) in 2017, “Standardized Patient” offers insight into the work of Standardized Patients or “SPs,” professional actors trained to portray medical patients in simulated clinical encounters.

March 25, 2018:
TATABA Vintage presents “Treasured Again,” an exhibition of assemblage art dollhouses by artist Gilena Simons. Harald Szeemann’s radical exhibitions at the Bern Kunsthalle and subsequent experiments at documenta and the Venice Biennale challenged the limits of the art institution and its methods of display. Join a discussion between artists and curators who have created their own museums and, like Szeemann, disrupted the conventions of exhibition-making. Beyond the Lines continues its grand opening celebration with its Pop Up Art Show # 2. These four consecutive weekend pop up art exhibitions will feature new art – all types of media – each weekend.
