Presented by Inglewood Cultural Arts (ICA), artists open their studios offering art lovers an inside glimpse of their personal working spaces.

It’s a wonderful event featuring over fifty artists, eight locations and all kinds of mediums such as drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed-media, photography, print making, installation, video and performance.

Sat 11.9 LadyjpgLady” is an all female driven art exhibition and bazaar. The show illustrates the many reflections of what women experiences and creates. The event promotes a progressive energy which explores the concept of lady through many roles such as a thinker, designer, teacher, artist, chef, performer and business woman – she has something beautiful to offer.

Artists include: Ulricke Theusner, sharon nao kanes Racqel Honore, Marlena McClain, Constance Brantley, Sunny Bak and more

The event runs all day. 10 am – 11 pm. Lifestyle/yoga: Designer Bazaar: 1 pm – 4pm; Then there will be an art receptions from 7-11 pm.

Hayal Pozanti’s work will be on view in the Project Space.

Pozanti’s abstract paintings are composed of opaque and suggestive forms, their scale inspired by the formats in which we receive digital images: the 4:3 ratio of iPhone screens and the 612 pixel square Instagram image.

KMWU Sat 11.9 KMFineArts Fine Arts Los Angeles presents “Unwashed and Somewhat Slightly Dazed,” a solo exhibition of paintings and drawings by American artist Dana Louise Kirkpatrick.

Raised in Washington DC, Kirkpatrick had a hard past struggling to stay in school and at one point becoming homeless. She went on to study Fine Arts at Georgetown University, graduating with honors in 2001 and received the DaVinci Medal for Excellence.
