The Los Angeles location of Minneapolis-based furniture retailer Room & Board is proud to partner with LA Family Housing (LAFH) to present the 6th Annual Art + Home, a special exhibition showcasing over 100 works from LA-based artists such as Diane Cockerill, John Geary, Nina Jun, Elliot Kurtz, Joan Wulf, and many more. Proceeds will support LA Family Housing (LAFH) a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families and individuals transition out of homelessness and poverty.

“Room & Board is thrilled to serve the local community by working with LA Family Housing and local artists to help provide services to Angelenos in need,” said Heather Neubauer, Room & Board’s Retail Market Manager in Culver City. “Community partnership is key to ending homelessness in our region,” shared Stephanie Klasky-Gamer, President and CEO of LA Family Housing. “We look forward to partnering with Room & Board once again to dramatically increase our impact and help thousands more people transition out of homelessness.”

Room & Board will host an artist reception on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 featuring live portrait painting by artist Julie Arnoff. Small-scale works of art will be displayed throughout the Room & Board showroom, and priced at $400 each. For the first time, larger works of art will also be on view and available for $2,000 each. The artists will donate 50% of the proceeds to LA Family Housing. All works will be available for sale from September 19 through October 6, 2018. Room & Board showroom hours: Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm and Sunday, 11am-6pm.
