The Bergamot Station Arts Center, home to 20 of Los Angeles’ contemporary art and photography galleries, is pleased to announce events at the station as a satellite to Frieze L.A. We also have two of the galleries listed below featured in separate posts, if you would like more info on those exhibitions, the links are provided below. Bergamot Station Art Fair program:
Reception and Art Walk: Santa Monica City and Building Bridges Art Exchange are partnering to host a reception at the Bergamot Station Arts Center, 2525 Michigan Ave., Unit F2, to highlight student artwork in collaboration with local schools and exhibits featuring Black historical figures in the health and wellness field in partnership with the Quinn Research Center. The reception will include refreshments followed by a self-guided tour of galleries displaying Black History-themed exhibits and events.

bG Gallery – Black History Month Performance Event, 2-4pm, open house for Fabulous Fiber exhibition, 12-2pm;

The inaugural opening of Danziger Gallery’s Los Angeles space (B1) with the group show “Opening Doors.”

The opening of Marshall Gallery featuring the photographs of Judith Stenneken from 3-7pm.

Galerie XII B2 hosts an Artist Talk with Aaron Lacy, whose works are currently on view at the gallery from 3-4 pm.

Von Lintel Gallery A7 will be showing the art of Miles Regis to commemorate Black History Month – the gallery hosts an art talk at 4pm. CLICK HERE for more info about the event, and exhibition.

BERMAN ART PROJECTS A5 will be having a ROBERT BERMAN GALLERY opening for Mr. Fish “A Fistful of Hits,” 4-7pm.

ROSEGALLERY B7 – Exhibiting works by South African artist Lebohang Kganye in her first US solo exhibition titled “What are you leaving behind?” opening Tuesday, February 22nd.

Peter Fetterman Gallery A1 – The retrospective “World of Steve McCurry.”

Closing for Craig Krull Gallery’s (B-3) two person exhibition of paintings by Hilary Brace and Pamela Kendall Schiffer.

William Turner Gallery E1 hosts an opening art party for Curtis Ripley from 4-7pm – CLICK HERE for more info.
