The Upper West also offers a happy hour Wednesdays through Sundays from 4:30 to 7:00pm (drinks only). Also on Thursday nights, enjoy 1/2 price bottle of wines. In addition to serving incredible food, the Upper West also features a rotating art exhibition. Every  3-4 months it spotlights the paintings of a new artist.
