It’s your last chance to view “KWAIDAN” by Kent Williams at KP Projects. The gallery will be open on October 1, 2022 from 11am – 5:00pm. Remember to check with the gallery for up-to-date covid protocols and guidelines – (proof of vaccination and masks MAY be required once again).

Kent Williams, JIU-ROKU-ZAKURA (2), 2020, mixed media on paper, 24 x 18 in.

In “KWAIDAN,” Williams interprets the supernatural Japanese stories of Lafcadio Hearn, within the backdrop of possessed forests and ghostly lore where strange tales of man-eating goblins, monks, and un-dead samurai come to life as never before under the artists’s brush.

The exhibition will feature all of the published paintings from the hard bound monograph by Beehive Books, plus a special selection of unpublished pieces selected by the artist.
