Diane Rosenstein Gallery premieres a new exhibition titled “David Hicks: Seed.” The solo exhibition of ceramics and drawings by David Hicks is inspired by the agricultural landscape which surrounds Hicks’ home and studio in Visalia, California.

David Hicks, “An Offering (blue),” 2020

The exhibition title “Seed,” refers to the artist’s ongoing interest in growth, seasonality, abundance, and cyclicality. This is Hicks’ first solo exhibition with the gallery. The installation includes sculptural work that is oversized, freestanding and wall-mounted, as well as a variety of smaller, talismanic tabletop pieces.

Reservations are required for the safety of its staff and all visitors. The gallery capacity is very limited. Each 30-minute reservation is for up to two guests. CLICK HERE to make an appointment. On view: January 9, 2021 – February 13, 2021;
