From 10am – 4pm on Sunday, February 14th fans of the arts are invited to join us in North East LA for a limited viewing of Romance in Bloom by Erin Hanson, a brand new collection inspired by secluded landscapes and romantic wildflowers. This whimsical and vibrant collection will transport you, through the use of Hanson’s textured brush strokes and vibrant landscapes.

A larger-than-life 13-foot oil on canvas piece inspired by the masters van Gogh and Monet will also be available for first viewing to attendees (Fields of Bloom).

Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair hosts its final day today. 

The annual book fair is a unique event for artists’ books, art catalogs, monographs, periodicals, and zines presented by over 250 international presses, booksellers, antiquarians, artists, and independent publishers.

Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair 2015 saw over 34,700 visitors over the course of three and a half days.

One of my favorite restaurants Upper West is located in Santa Monica and always offers an incredible Valentine’s Day dinner. I know first hand how amazing the food is…so if you want to impress…this is the place to go.

There is a pre-fixe per couple and you can also order your favorite menu items. The pre-fixe menu includes Hamachi Crudo to start, then enjoy a delicious lobster bisque. For the main entree choose between pan roasted ribeye or pepper crusted tuna loin. Wrapping up the meal chef Nick offera a yummy banbana ginger creme brulee.
