Gus Harper with work

The exhibition features a continuation of Harper’s series “Minor Identity Crisis.” As Haper put it….”It consists of images revolving around the idea of overcoming fear and becoming the best versions of ourselves.” This new body of work includes a multitude of vertical diptychs which suggest an elevation of the subjects in the painting.

This event showcases works by Los Angeles artist Gus Harper, including paintings and installation. Noteworthy pieces include a multitude of collaborative paintings with Gronk Nicandro, Sujan Dangol and Sanjib Rana of Kathmandu, and Fielden Harper (the artist’s mother).
