The art fair is produced by Fair Grounds Associates, which was founded by Tim Fleming who has directed and produced some of the top contemporary art shows in the United States.

The fair offers an unrivaled perspective to the galleries and artists that define Los Angeles’ position in the contemporary art world. As part of the 2018 edition of the fair, ALAC is pleased to announce Banc of California as its official sponsor.

Participants for the 2018 fair encompass local and international exhibitors, including numerous new galleries to the fair from Latin America and Europe. Longstanding participants return to the fair this year as well.

The fair presents a selection of over 60 established and emerging galleries from around the world, with a particular focus on galleries based in Los Angeles. Participants for the 2018 edition include newcomers from Europe and Latin America as well as the third edition of the Freeways section featuring young galleries less than four years old. The fair offers collectors, curators and enthusiasts alike a shared forum to participate with the emerging ideas and discourses in contemporary art. See website for the ALAC 2018 exhibitor list.
