I know so many people have had a rough year, but no matter how hard it has been, remember to look at the positive and the blessings you have in your life. Gratitude works wonders. I know from personal experience. It can bring you out of the depths of despair.

Years ago…after a divorce (of a twenty year relationship), I found myself sobbing nearly everyday, but writing in my gratitude journal that I was grateful for my arms and my legs, my health, my family, and my cats. It seemed so silly at the time. But it made me realize, there is always something positive to focus on. It completely changed my life. It truly works. This pandemic will end, I promise you. Now that there is a vaccine, that is another thing for all of us to be grateful for. Stay strong, wear your mask, don’t let your guard down. This will be over soon. I can’t wait to get back to attending art parties!! I miss seeing you all at the openings. 2021 is going to be a great year, but lets all try to remember our blessings!
