In Silverlake…

La Luz de Jesus Gallery features its Heavy Hitters along with some favorites from the annual Laluzapalooza show.

Fri-Aug5-2016-LaLuzdeJesusHere’s what the gallery has to say:
“Juan Muniz and Jasmine Worth are what you might call our whales: Juan is the Las Vegas mural king and Jasmine is on the cusp of her fourth straight, sold-out show. We paired them with Bunnie Reiss, who is freshly back in town after a globe-trotting tour on the mural circuit, Michael Murphy, whose architectural reference paintings beckon the mid-century futurama of desert airports, and Maryrose Crook, a Aussie transplant to Joshua Tree whose band (The Renderers) will be performing at the opening reception.”
