The Skirball Cultural Center presents its Fall 2025 exhibitions. Both shows explore art, justice, tradition, as well as resilience. Skirball Fall 2025 Exhibitions Opening October 16, 2025, Draw Them In, Paint Them Out brings together Philip Guston and Trenton Doyle Hancock. Guston, the child of Jewish immigrants from Odessa, created biting satirical paintings addressing evil and injustice. Hancock, a Houston-based contemporary Black artist, responds with bold works examining identity, otherness, and activism.
