Join the west coast crew – chefs Elizabeth Falkner, Neal Fraser, Mary Sue Milliken, Aarón Sánchez and Sandra Cordero for a WALK AROUND TASTING in the REDBIRD GARDEN on Sunday, April 23rd from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and help support the US team of chefs committing their time and energy to BIKE TO CARE – an event created by Pierre-Henry Gagey of Louis Jadot and his Burgundian friends to raise funds for up and coming talent in the hospitality industry. The chefs will bike through 200 km of the Bourdeaux countryside over 2 days in May. This year the team’s beneficiary is REGARDING HER – a national non-profit on a mission to advance women-identifying and nonbinary food and beverage entrepreneurs and leaders.

About Bike To Care
In 2022, Pierre-Henry Gagey of Louis Jadot company and his Burgundian friends created an event called “Bike to Care” to raise funds for associations in the restaurant and hospitality sectors in general that care for people in difficulty, encourage new vocations and support the training of upcoming talent.
