The Venice Institute of Contemporary Art (ViCA) and Muzeumm present a unique fine art photography exhibition titled “Out In The Street,” which focuses on a nearly 200 year tradition in art. The group exhibition will showcase works created with a camera that address urban challenges and solutions in terms of social issues, justice, political protest, demonstrations, geographical, and/or philosophically creative ways of seeing what’s out in the street or out of doors – from around the world.

This exhibition will include world renowned street photography from historically significant fine art photographers…many still to be announced. Curator and Director of ViCA Juri Koll said, “We are pleased to be able to present “Out In The Street” and include street photography from people like Ted Soqui, who’s been fighting for the rights on the oppressed with his camera for decades, along with the venerable Edmund Teske who most will know from his retrospective at the Getty several years ago – his images will be early works from the 1930’s – rarely if ever seen in public.”
