gallery km holds an artist talk with Los Angeles-based artist Rebecca Ripple. She will discuss her current show licking yellow frog.

The exhibition consists of large and medium scaled sculpture installed from ceiling, floor and wall, as well as drawings and process-pieces that act as instigators for Ripple’s sculptural conversations. George Lawson Gallery holds an opening reception for artists Masaru Kurose, Ward Schumaker.

Japan based artist Masuru Kurose was trained as an architect and continues his exploration of oil paint on clear vinyl, an industrial material that belies the tradition and antecedent of his stretched supports.
