always, West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval takes place on Halloween Day…no matter what day of the week it falls on. This is the place to be on October 31st and the largest Halloween street party in the world.
Akin to Times Square in New York City on New Year’s Eve, it is one of Southern California’s largest events of any kind. Its a wild, crazy, fun event with an amazing display of costumes and general merry-making. The crowd is ready to party!!!
This year’s Halloween Carnaval will celebrate the disco era that paved the way to the City’s incorporation in 1984. Staged over a one-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard/Historic Route 66, this year’s Halloween Carnaval will feature several areas with live DJs who will entertain wildly dressed crowds for a five-hour one-of-a-kind experience.
The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval will take place on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard. Children and pets are discouraged from attending because of dense crowds.
Public parking for the West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval will be available at parking lots throughout Hollywood.

Be sure to check the site for the address and full list of events. WeHo’s biggest party of the year is free (no tickets required) and open to all, but we do recommend leaving the kids and pets at home. With big crowds and risqué costumes, Halloween Carnaval can be a bit rowdy.

The Haunted Hayride is STILL GOING on. This month-long haunted attraction is held on the old grounds of the Los Angeles Zoo.

he extended trail returns for the 2016 event, with new maze, reworked from top to bottom.
So even if you attended last year, you won’t be prepared for this 25 minutes of terror!
This year the attraction takes it to a new level not seen before in haunted attractions. Located in Griffith Park. The event has been open since October 4, 2013 and continues through Halloween….Oct 31.
