It’s time for the Concern Foundation 50th Annual Block Party! If you have yet to attend, this is one of the best outdoor food, beverage, and entertainment festival in Hollywood. The beloved fundraiser takes place in the backlot of Paramount Studios Hollywood (6-11pm). As always it raises money for cancer research. Each year it becomes more successful. 2025 Concern Foundation Fundraiser Block Party
Long time sponsors, board members, and community philanthropists Lisi and Steve Teller will be honored this year. Their outstanding contributions to the community throughout the years have not gone unnoticed. The event also celebrates Lifetime Achievement Honoree Alexandra M. Levine, MD, MACP, Professor of Hematology and Chief Medical Officer, Emerita, City of Hope. She is an acclaimed expert in lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and AIDS-related malignancies.
The theme of this year’s Block Party is “GAME ON! Together Let’s Beat Cancer.” The glamorous event will feature life size game boards, as well as a glitzy party atmosphere. In addition to incredible cuisine, desserts and cocktails, the Tom Nolan Band on the Main Stage will keep you dancing all night. This is a fabulous way to work off all that tasty food. Additional acts include: D’ City Sound & Events (front stage), as well as Jason Goldstein Sextet with Lilli Passero, and other talented artists on the Vibrato Grill Jazz Stage.

The backlot will turn in a real-life board game of hope for a cancer-free future. Also pop by the Photo Booth by SnapItStudio.com. Specialty Lounge areas are provided by Mount Sinai Memorial Parks & Mortuaries. The Donation Station sponsored by Anxiety Therapy L.A. will be matching the first 10K Donations. Also Spa Services are provided by Fairmont Spa Century Plaza, Guests can also enjoy Glamour Makeovers from the Beauty Bus Foundation.
Another highlight of the evening will be the Online Silent & Live Auction, featuring exclusive items and extraordinary packages, offering attendees one-of-a-kind opportunities to support cancer research. This year’s Live Auction will be Hosted by writer, producer, and host Kimlai Yingling, bringing her signature energy and charm to the stage.
And once again this year, the Concern Foundation teams up with Modern Luxury Angeleno on Angeleno Avenue. This year the magazine celebrates its 25th Anniversary, bringing even more game and giving to the festivities. The publication has provided additional avenues for enjoyment and support. In addition, it is making a financial contribution to the Concern Foundation. Thus furthering the mission of advancing cancer research.
