Future Fair presents Villa Tigertail, an invitational group exhibition hosted at a private residence in Los Angeles. The new LA art fair takes place from Friday, February 21, through Sunday, February 23, 2025 and is curated by Los Angeles-based advisor and curator Thea Smolinski. The intimate event highlights 29 primarily local artists. The weekend will include a revolving program of catered art salon events.
Future Fair Los Angeles
Future Fair is partnering with artist-led organization For Freedoms on the launch of their Emergency Artist Relief Fund. This begins by supporting artists and culture workers impacted by the devastation of the recent wildfires in LA. For Freedoms and Future Fair will host an opening brunch on Friday, February 21 offering a first look at the show, as well as accepting donations.
Art sales will support the Fund in two ways. 100 percent of the proceeds of specific selection of works will go directly to the Fund. Future Fair will donate a percentage of profits from the sales of all other works sold to the Fund at the end of the exhibition. Additionally, attendees will have the option to donate directly to For Freedoms’ Emergency Artist Relief Fund upon RSVP.
Future Art Fair Location
Villa Tigertail is held in a private residence located a 20-minute drive from Frieze Los Angeles in Brentwood, Los Angeles. The 7,800-square-foot contemporary modern property offers an open floorplan, spacious terraces and quintessential views of the Southern California landscape. The exhibition will also feature 2D and 3D artworks throughout the property.
Due to the intimate nature of the event within a residential neighborhood, in-person access to the exhibition will be exclusive to select VIPs and press. An online version of the show, powered by Arcual, will be accessible to all and available beginning February 21st.
