Celebrate Chef Nick Shipp of Upper West Restaurant in Santa Monica 2nd win in a row as aWest Region Winner in the Neighborhood to Nation Recipe Contest from General Mills Food service. 
He will receive $5,000 as well as $1,000 to share with a local charity. He has chosen St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Representatives from General Mills will visit the restaurant on Aug. 14 to showcase Upper West and celebrate Shipp’s award-winning recipe with a special check presentation and celebratory event that the community is invited to attend.
