C7.29 MalibuArtsFestival flyeronsidered “one of the most beautiful outdoor art festivals in the nation”, the Malibu Arts Festival features award winning painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers, and other unique artisans. This event not only showcases over 200 Fine Art Exhibits but also showcases over 50 Malibu Chamber business members in our “Chamber Village” area.

 Produced by the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, the two-day weekend event will take place July 28-29, from 10 am to 6pm, in front of the Malibu Civic Center. The Optimist Club of Malibu will be serving a pancake breakfast at the site from 8 a.m. to 11 am.

At the Annenberg Community Beach House, The Musical Body, featuring Sheetal Gandhi, the Choreographer in Residence from July 23 – September 30.

Sheetal Gandhi will be creating a new site-specific dance piece on the Beach House grounds.

ShowcWU 7.29 Anneberg Danceasing rhythms that are played by women in the northern region of Ghana, West Africa, participants will learn to drum untraditional surfaces such as tables, exploring the relationship between drumming, moving, and singing in one body.
