It’s time again for the Burton Chase 2015 Summer Concerts in the Park.
Each summer two different series are presented. Symphonic Thursdays and Pop Saturdays.
This concert series which is FREE and open to the public offers a great line-up this year.
The FREE Summer Concert Series will be held in Burton Chace Park. This season’s lineup is pretty awesome with artists like KC & the Sunshine Band and American Idol’s Ruben Studdard headlining the Pop Saturdays’ show, and Vanessa Williams and Pagliacci hitting the high notes for Symphonic Thursdays.
If you’ve never been to one of these sunset shows before, make a point to come —it’s a gorgeous setting with the waterfront right behind the stage and a seriously great way to spend a summer night. For a really memorable summery experience, you can spend the day at Mother’s Beach, leave your car there, and then hop on the MDR Waterbus and cruise to Burton Chace Park in style! The Waterbus runs until midnight on Thursdays and Saturdays so you have an easy ride back after the show.
Seating is available on a first come, first served basis for each of the concerts. All concerts start promptly at 7:00 pm and run through 9:00 pm. Be sure to arrive at the Park much earlier to ensure you get seating prior to the start of each concert.
