INCOGNITO, SMMoA’s legendary benefit art sale returns for its 11th year, on Saturday, May 2, 2015. Luminary and emerging artists have donated more than 700 artworks to celebrate and support the Museum’s mission. Each 10 x 10 inch work sells for $375 each and is signed on the back; artists’ identities are revealed only after purchase. Guests are invited to trust their instincts and purchase the pieces they love.

Work by such iconic artists as Eleanor Antin, John Baldessari, Mark Bradford, Simone Forti, Catherine Opie, Jim Shaw, and Ed Ruscha are shown along with an exciting array of burgeoning talents. Guests will also enjoy a party with specialty cocktails provided by the The Macallan’s master mixologist, distinctive food by Susan Feniger and Kajsa Alger’s Mud Hen Tavern, and music by DJ Eddie Ruscha.

SMMoA is located at the Bergamot Station, Building G1, 2525 Michigan Avenue, Santa Monica, California. The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm, closed Sunday, Monday, and all legal holidays. Suggested donation: $5; $3 for seniors and students.
