Geffen Playhouse presents a world premiere production of Am I Roxie?, written and performed by Roxana Ortega (The Casagrandes, The Groundlings).

Bernardo Cubría (Crabs in a Bucket; The Giant Void In My Soul) directs. In this funny one-woman tour-de-force based on her own life, writer/actor Roxana Ortega navigates the chaos of her mother’s mental decline with outrageous humor. Playing everything from a mermaid-obsessed aunt to a prickly sherpa, Roxie takes us on a humorous journey.

The acclaimed multiplatinum EGOT Winner John Legend returns to the Bowl. He is a thirteen time Grammy Awards Winner who has also earned an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, a Tony Award, as well as three Emmy Awards. Hence the EGOT. The talented performer is currently on his Get Lifted 20th Anniversary celebration tour. His 2004 Get Lifted album won him his first three Grammys and was rereleased late 2024.
