Pick the week takes place this Saturday, August 1, 2015! Los Angeles Art Association, (LAAA) a nationally recognized non-profit art organization hosts its annual auction and fundraiser. This is going to be a fabulous art party and a special one as LAAA is celebrating 90 years.
LAAA’s 2015 Annual Benefit Auction serves as an important survey exhibition and auction opportunity featuring one of the most compelling pools of emerging talent, as well as key pieces by established artists including as Shepard Fairey, Ed Ruscha, Ed Moses, Analia Saban, Richard Tuttle and many more.
The artists contributing work to the auction view the fundraiser as an opportunity to give back to LAAA, an organization that has played a critical role in the professional growth of tens of thousands of artists. Chairpersons for the 2015 auction are Shula Nazarian and Bruce Adlhoch. All proceeds benefit LAAA and the Los Angeles’ emerging artist community.
