Montine Blank, founder of Paint Your Guts Out!® explains…”These classes get your happy self flowing creatively. No experience needed. In these relaxing sessions we will do a little meditation, have a little vino (BYOB), and coax out your artsy side. Using meditation to guide you, we will create watercolor paintings with meaningful intentions to help keep you inspired even after class is over. These personally boosting artworks are joyful to create and hang in your home or office, cheering you on for weeks to come.”

The workshop provides watercolor paints, watercolor pencils, sharpies, crayons, and whatever else it takes to get courageous with your creative expression. Each session is designed to help you find joy in creating freely from an inspired place.

Please note: This is not a “paint by numbers” class! You will get to experiment and explore with new art materials — and learn to TRUST your creative intuition!
