Saturday, May 4, 2024 art parties and events are plentiful today. As always they take place in various neighborhoods of LA. However, you may notice the list below does NOT follow a timeline, as it usually does. Since there are several event in Culver City, we grouped those together. Therefore  some DTLA, and additional events off the beaten trail are listed at the bottom, but they start earlier. So plan accordingly.

May 4 2024 Art Parties and Events

West Hollywood

Los Angeles Art Association hosts an all day opening for a new all media exhibition titled Crackerjack. The group show is juried by Ray Beldner, Startup Curatorial. Crackerjack spotlights the mastery of technique as well as expression in contemporary art. Also in West Hollywood, starting a bit later…Tierra del Sol screens a documentary short film about Catalina Ortega. Titled Catalina, the film premieres today at the gallery. Culver City

Taste of the Nation, LA’s most celebrated culinary event for a cause returns. Enjoy a day of exceptional cuisine, while supporting the fight against childhood hunger. The Music Center’s On the Record: Vinyl Fair is back due to the success of last year’s debut event.
