Each month the LAArtParty.com team chooses the best events to spotlight. Ten events are chosen as our TOP TEN of the month along with 25-30 other events posted to our Additional Art Parties / Events Page.

Events must be submitted by the 2nd week of the previous month to be considered for a FREE listing. Upcoming Event Features may be purchased at ANY time. Remember, we receive hundreds of event submissions each month. Our staff provides a carefully curated list of events for our subscribers each month.

*All jpgs should be sized at 1920 pixels wide at 72 dpi – horizontal images are prefered.

We want to hear from you! Let us know how you see us helping you. When paying on paypal, please email us and let us know which package you are paying for. We do take Visa/Master card and checks. Email us for address (if mailing a check) – Be aware there is a $25 charge for any returned checks. Artists are expected to provide agreed on info and graphics needed for posts. We do offer graphic services for a charge of $100 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. Plus we offer writing services, if you need help putting together a press release, or an artist bio or statement. We charge $150 per hour (with 2 edits) for writing services. There is a minimum of one hour.

Since we help galleries book artists for exhibitions (see our Ad packages above), we expect all LAAP artists that are booked into exhibitions by LAArtParty.com to agree to deliver and pick up artwork on the dates that the gallery or curator sets. if an artist cannot deliver or pick up work on the selected dates. Art can be delivered to the LAAP office in Westchester (LAX area) for a fee of $150 and we will deliver it to the gallery. For an additional fee of $150, at the closing of the exhibition, if work is not sold, we can also pick it up at the gallery. However the artist MUST pick up artwork at the LAAP office. We do NOT deliver to the artist. Storage of artwork is $75 a day. We do NOT store artwork for longer than 2 weeks. Artist is repsonsible for arranging delivery and pick up if he or she does NOT agree to these terms.
