Diners will enjoy an exotic escape from traditional ham and turkey fare in this five-course meal developed by Executive Chef Jeff Lustre, whose training has taken him all over the globe, including China, Italy, Southeast Asia, Spain and Hawaii. Kicking off this egg-cellent meal is Quail Egg Drop Soup, accompanied by corn flan, delicate egg threads, and scallion oil. For seconds, Coddled Hen Egg with asparagus velouté and truffle jus tuile. Duck Egg Ravioli offers guests a taste of pure lusciousness, filled with duck prosciutto and cured yolks. Hold on to your Easter baskets, though, and make way for Emu Steak and Eggs, with tamagoyaki and salmon roe. Round out this eggs-stravgant dinner with Goose Tocino de Cielo egg custard with ricotta cream and pumpkin seeds. Guests wishing to imbibe may add Wine and Coffee Pairing with their meal for an additional fee, or opt to purchase their favorite libation by the glass or bottle. Tickets to Easter’s Egg Tasting Menu are $60.00 per person, $80.00 with wine pairings and purchasable online – CLICK HERE!
