If you are feelin’ like a Carnival….get out of LA early and head to Fountain Valley….
The Fountain Valley Summerfest Committee, in partnership with the City of Fountain Valley is launching its 6th annual community celebration called “Fountain Valley Summerfest” to be held tonight at the Fountain Valley Sports Park at Brookhurst and Heil.
This 4-day celebration will include carnival rides, food and beverage booths, game booths, local entertainment, exhibitors, non-profit organizations, live music, beer/wine garden, Live Sports Tent, the Fountain Valley Classic Car & Truck Show, and the K9 Fest event.
There will be bands all weekend long. It started Thursday, so be sure to check the website.
Tonight Friday….at 5:00 pm…a “Santana Tribute” kicks it off, followed by “Upstream” and then “The Country Legends” will headline the eventing (yeah…that’s my Country Tribute band). So come on by.
