LA Artcore at the Brewery hosts a new documentary, “Lisa Adams: As It Appears To Be” by Juri Koll. Both the screening and reception are free.

The film follows Los Angeles-based artist Lisa Adams through her industrial, downtown neighborhood as she culls inspiration and discusses her 30 year practice. Art writers and critics Peter Frank and Shana Nys Dambrot and CB1 Gallery director Clyde Beswick are featured. Koll is attentive to Adams’ recent eye surgery and her thoughts about the LA art world.
