Be aware, the evening is free, but tickets are required and distributed on a first-come basis the day of the event, beginning at 6pm.
Lyrics sheets are provided for you to join the crowd to sing such favorites as “The Christmas Song,” “O Christmas Tree,” “Silver Bells,” “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” and more.

In honor of the so called ‘end of the world’ supposedly taking place tonight (according to the the Mayan calendar), Axiom Contemporary holds an opening reception celebrating the work of artist Esenherz. Hey we may as well go out with a good art party.
The exibition, “Life Post 12212012,” a multimedia show with paintings, sculptures, installations and video that will elucidate aspects of a Doomsday Scenerio.

City Ballet of Los Angeles presents the Nutcracker Swings. This Holiday classic is set in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park in the 1940’s during WWII.
Theprince comes home on Christmas Eve and gives our Maria a beautiful Nutcracker that transforms the evening into a magical adventure which takes them into all the different lands of the world.
The Nutcracker Swings uses the original score of Tchaikovsky and Duke Ellington’s Jazz Nutcracker.
