Fourteen years ago, Curator/artist Nathan Cartwright combined his creative talents with an entrepreneurial spirit to create the Hive Gallery and Studios. He explains how the gallery works, “Each artist is a bee working on their artistic honey…you can buy directly from them at shows, there are also private studios where artists fine-tune their trade. When asked what he has learned through the years, he replied, “I’ve learned to be flexible. When running art shows, and owning a business, it is best to be strong when needed, but also to
flow with the organic process of things.”
