bG Gallery Santa Monica presents SWEETS FACTORY, by Italian artist Alessandra Pierelli along with a group show. This delectable showcase promises a feast for the eyes. There was a physical opening, and closing event. It is now on view online through May 31, 2024.

The artist’s oversized sweets challenge perceptions, while transforming the familiar into whimsical toys. The exhibition, a delightful merger of Pop Art elements as well as conceptual prowess, invites visitors to indulge in a creative feast for the eyes. A celebration of art, sweets, and boundless imagination awaits at bG Gallery Santa Monica.

Pierelli, originally from Ancona, studied at the Brera Academy and then later specialized in decoration and trompe l’oeil in Rome. The artist is represented by bG Gallery Los Angeles, Spazio Cima Gallery in Rome, Roka Art Gallery in Padova, as well as Katastrofa in Trieste. Pierelli continues to leave an indelible mark with her vibrant and playful creations.

The group show will include: Lauren Mendelsohn – Bass, Terri Berman, Dena Novak, Ralph Allen Massey, Paul Art Lee, Douglas Alvarez, and many more.
