2026 4th of July Events
In Santa Monica…Kicking off at 9:30am in Santa Monica, it’s time for the annual Parade on Main Street is a fun local parade. Just be aware, there are No fireworks here. The parade runs from 9:30am-12:00pm. The 2026 Santa Monica 4th of July parade returns to its classic route! It kicks off promptly at 9:30am at Pico and Main Street, then it will travel South on Main Street before turning right onto Marine, ending at Barnard Way. Join to watch anywhere along the Main Street route as the parade makes its way to Beach Lot 5 South. Pacific Palisades Celebration
Pacific Palisades parade and 4th of July Celebration is back and better than ever. Eighteen months after the devastating fires the community is excited to come together and celebrate. The parade starts early as always. Be sure to check the website, as there is a new parade route. Beginning at 4pm, the parade kicks off at Bowdoin Street, continues down Via de la Paz, and wraps around Sunset Boulevard.

Then at 6pm, the annual Pacific Palisades July 4th Celebration will be held at Pali High. This year, you must purchase tickets prior to arriving. Unlike previous years, there will be NO tickets sold at the gate. Attendees will enjoy food trucks, as well as music from DJ Lee Dyson of Hey Mister DJ, who will open the show at 6pm, followed by Vinyl Jam; Then of course comes the massive drone show.

LA’s Coliseum Celebrated 250 Years of America
Celebrate America’s 250th birthday at the LA Coliseum. Headliner Chris Stapleton is set to appear with special guests, Smashing Pumpkins and Chaka Khan. The event will be hosted by Queen Latifah and the best part – tickets are $17.76. No kidding. The event begins at Block Party Village at 3pm. Guests can partake in free food, drinks, face painting, games and giveaways before the headline concert, fireworks, and a drone spectacular. Summer Block Party at Gloria Molina Grand Park Downtown

Gloria Molina Grand Park hosts its annual Summer Block Party and Free 4th of July Celebration. Taking place in the heart of Downtown LA, attendees will enjoy a massive Drone Show, as well as live music from legendary Trumpet Player Tatiana Tate and Afro-Latin Band L.A. Tropifunk Collective. 2026 4th of July Hollywood Bowl Fireworks Spectacular
The Hollywood Bowl yet another July Fireworks Spectacular starring Nine-time Grammy Award-winning icons and one of the best-selling artists of all time Earth, Wind & Fire. The legendary band performs from July 2 through July 4, 2024. Earth Wind & Fire will play works from their timeless catalog of music with hits like “September” and “Shining Star” for three thrilling nights of songs, fireworks and fun.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, the Bowl celebrates the big holiday with the Beach Boys and special guest John Stamos. This is the third night of a 3 night run, and you can enjoy fireworks every night. So if you prefer to start the party early, then stay home on the 4th…this is the performance for you.

Jurassic Park at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Marina Del Rey’s Annual Fireworks
Last but not least, Marina del Rey will be offering its annual Fireworks as well. Many people gather at Burton Chase Park (13650 Mindanao Way) or Fisherman’s Village (13755 Figi Way) where synchronized music will play with the fireworks.
However, you can also view the fireworks at the end of the Marina Peninsula, which runs parallel to the beach. Be aware, there is absolutely NO parking…you’ll see lots of people walking that way from 7-9pm. Park East on Washington super early in the day and stay late – the Marina tends to get extremely crowded. Also many restaurants will be offering outdoor dining to view the show, but you MUST have a reservation. The fireworks will begin at 9pm and run for twenty minutes.
