On Saturday, July 13, 2024 (from 6-10pm), the Concern Foundation Fundraiser take place at the Paramount Studios Backlot. This is the 49th Annual Block Party — a fantastic outdoor food, beverage, and entertainment event bringing together 4,000 guests for an evening dedicated to raising vital funds for cancer research. This is a massive foodie event, you don’t want to miss it.
2024 Concern Foundation Fundraiser Block Party
This year’s event theme is “Mission Concern – Conquering Cancer The Final Frontier.” The 2024 Block Party will honor Stanley and Joyce Black Family Foundation for their contributions to the community.
Stroll the streets of Paramount’s Backlot while sampling an array of gourmet food tastings, desserts, spirits, cocktails, wines, and beers. Enjoy musical performances by the Tom Nolan Band on the Main Launch Pad, D’ City Sound & Events presented by the Hirsch Family Foundation. In addition the Vibrato Intergalactic Cantina will feature the Jason Goldstein Sextet with Lilli Passero, as well as additional acts.
The event will also featured Brian Kramer Photography digital photo studio sponsored by Northern Trust. In addition, casino style gaming for prizes presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, and a photo booth by SnapItStudio.com. Plus the specialty lounge areas are provided by Souza Insurance, while shuttle services at the event sponsored by Motev. Spa Services provided by Fairmont Spa Century Plaza, and also makeovers by the Beauty Bus Foundation. An online silent as well as live auctions will take place with various packages and exclusive items up for auction.
The Concern Foundation partners with Los Angeles magazine once again for The Best of LA 2024® on Los Angeles magazine’s street, providing additional avenues for enjoyment and support. Los Angeles magazine, the Concern Foundation’s Media Sponsor for 17 years will also make a financial contribution to the Concern Foundation, furthering the mission of advancing cancer research.
