Find out below how to be considered as a Featured Event. Remember you must submit by the third week of the PRIOR month to receive a large feature, or you will be considered for a 40 word listing. Due to the large amount of submissions that we receive, some last minute events may not be featured one month, but we will try to feature them next month…so keep sending, and try to send earlier! We want to support all events.
LAArtParty.com posts MONTHLY art and entertainment events – We look for the best art parties each month. Events must be submitted NO later than the third week of the prior month to be considered for a FREE listing. We do add weekly updates, however events that are sent in earlier receive priority listings. We also offer paid listings for LARGE Features with a photo starting as low as $95. Additional Packages come with social media and inclusion in our e-blast to over 15,000 people in the LA area. For a FREE 40 word listing, just cut and paste the below submission guidelines into your email including our checklist (below), attach a jpg image and send it to laartparty@gmail.comwith the subject line.
Submission Guidelines for a FREE MONTHLY listing or Guaranteed Upcoming Feature
1. Use the Subject line: “Submission: (add your event date)”
2. Send by our Deadlines: Events must be submitted no later than the third week of the previous month. If you want to guarantee that your event will be featured, remember, you can contact us to purchase an Upcoming Event Feature for $95. See info on LAArtParty’s Event Listings drop-down on our Exhibit/List Page. We do have a one-time package offers social media and inclusion in our e-blast to over 15,000 of our subscribers for $250.
3. Submit a 250 words in plain text describing the details of your event. Be sure to explain if this is an exhibition or performance or other type of event. We cannot retrieve the information from fliers, press releases or newsletters and these submissions won’t be listed. As this is a free listing, it must be sent in our format to ensure getting listed. Please write in third person and list the names of participating artists and performers. Do not capitalize entire words. Submissions with entire words capitalized will not be accepted.

4. Attach a jpg image. The jpeg should be 72 dpi sized at 1920 pixels wide. We LOVE images at LA Art Party! Please send an image to receive a full listing. Submissions void of an image will not receive a full listing. A horizontal flier in a jpg format may be used as an image. We will not use a flier to import information to fill out your event info above, that must be filled out by you. We can use a flier as a photo posted with your event only.
