If you like Cajun Food….head to Uncle Darrow’s. I recently enjoyed some incredible food there…yum!!!

I was able to taste a little bit ot everything. The jambalaya has the perfect amount of spice and the zesty sausage is made from chicken, so there’s no need to feel guilty. The catfish is delicate and scrumptious, plus you can’t beat that crunch. And the fried oysters…wow! Who knew an oyster would be that tasty. The shrimp and chicken also quite delicious as well. Let’s now forget the hush puppies and the famous potato salad. And the Gumbo Ya Ya….(only available on the weekends) Ya Ya…Mama says its OUT OF THE WORLD!!!  All around good eats here…!
