July 10- 11, 2025 Art Parties & Events
Thursday, Friday, July 10-11, 2025 debuts art parties and all kinds of events bringing us another fabulous weekend filled with art inspired magic. The events happen all over Los Angeles as usual, and include art openings, live music, comedy, an art pop-up as well as an art fair.
Also I wanted to remind everyone that the Great Elephant Migration, a traveling installation has arrived in LA. It is currently on display at the Beverly Hills Gardens Park and it will remain on view through August 1, 2025. If you love elephants, you will adore it. I had the chance to catch it while I was in New York City. Read the Great Elephant Migration article on our sister site EatTravelGo.com, an art inspired travel site.
Free Summer Music Events are also in full swing NOW, see ETG for a full list of venues – EatTravelGo.com

El Nido will be open this afternoon for another gathering of tea and conversation. Enjoy a quiet oasis in the courtyard of the gallery on Western Avenue. Make new friends, share thoughts, and spend time with art. Cutting Through Space is currently on view at El Nido Gallery. View a selection of works on paper and canvas by Icelandic painter Bjarni Sigurbjörnsson.
Moreover the photographs of Victoria Chapman (curator/owner of VC Projects/El Nido) will also be on view. Chapman created Echoes of Hellissandur, earlier this year during a retreat to Iceland. Guided by Bjarni to places that inform his practice, these images reflect a shared sensitivity to time, space, and the quiet mysticism of the land. Event: 2-4pm; El NIDO by VC Projects, 1028 1/2 N.
