Follow that with a smooth eighteen year old Glenfiddich paired perfectly with braised Rancho San Julian beef tongue accompanied with turnip and apple hash with chimichurri and farm egg yolk.

Laslowres UpperWest outsidet but not least, top off the meal, with a delicious aged Glenfiddich, (21 years), with a buttermilk-lemon panda cotta with rhubarb compote, thai basil granita.

Thurs 4.25 VeniceArtsThe First Looks Work-in-Progress Screening Series is a new, quarterly collaboration between Venice Arts and the International Documentary Association. The program offers the public and members of the film community advance access to new documentaries in progress, and the opportunity to participate in behind-the-scenes conversations with filmmakers and creators.

This quarter, Venice Arts will be screening “Ride with Larry,” which follows retired police captain and Parkinson’s patient of twenty years Larry Smith as he embarks on a grueling three hundred mile bike ride across his state of South Dakota. .
