Bleicher Project Space presents a demonstration by artist Cathy Weiss who will discuss her art and show how she integrates the printmaking process into her work.

Members of the audience will experience the printmaking process. Attendees are encouraged to bring a recycled t-shirt for a demonstration of printing ready-made wood block images.

I had the chance to see Cathy’s work in person, which was truly breathtaking….this image does NOT do it justice. Be sure to stop into the gallery and enjoy her work.

Now who doesn’t love the music of Ira Gershwin….if you don’t know him, you for sure know his music. At the start of the 20th century, George and brother Ira Gershwin (Porgy and Bess) created a classical repertoire of songs with a unique and truly American flavor.
