The tour includes:
Venice Anthem House: A bright, contemporary home with an array of vertical green metal panels lining the rectangular façade. The vibrant and highly programmed home is oriented for natural breezes and sunlight, and most materials were re-used or recycled from the 1920s cottage on the site.

Rennie Ave Residence: This residence is designed around the owner’s concept of building a “simple, white box.” The challenge was to create a design that conveyed complexity, humor and warmth. This was achieved by using a palette of natural materials on the interior surfaces and “window boxes” on the exterior to provide a subtle visual interest.

Casa Zubieta: The design strategy was to contextualize the new structure with the scale of the old bungalow, using more contemporary strategies for the layout of spaces. The temperate climate led to an integration of the indoor and the outdoor spaces by opening up the rear of the house to the garden.

Palms Bungalow: Demonstrating how great style and scale can be achieved in small spaces, this renovation unites indoors and out. Thoughtfully planned and executed, the architecture capitalizes on natural light and tall ceilings to create the ultimate and spacious modern beach retreat.

California Poppy House: The California Poppy House is a unique and elegant home, inspired by a couple’s journey around the world. It is organized around a central courtyard which is the heart of the house, channeling coastal winds to naturally cool the spaces and illuminate the house.
