Featuring a different slant from previous tastings, attendees can enjoy “BREAKFAST FOR DINNER”
First course; start slow with some Gentleman JACK and CHORIZO-FENNEL HASH (green apple, curry poached egg and lobster butter).
Then settle into the groove with a JACK DANIELS SINGLE BARREL along with a FARM EGG FRITATTA (smoked zucchini, bloody Mary braised tomato with arugula, truffle and local goat cheese).
Now you’re truly relaxed, while you enjoy a WOODFORD RESERVE with tasty SAUSAGE & GRITS
(charred andouille sausage, anson farm stone ground grits, fontina cheddar and a touch of jalapeno).
Ready for the main act, WOODFORD RESERVE DOUBLE OAK steps into the spotlight while showcasing a tender BRAISED SHORT RIB BENEDICT (buttered brioche, smoked paprika hollandaise, fried virginia ham, hard egg, citrus-ginger mole mingled with lemon basil).
Finally, to top off an incredible evening, JACK DANIELS HONEY will delight your palette with light crispy BEIGNETS & BREW (fried pastry, pillow dark roast coffee with lavender sugar & cinnamon).
