In Venice…

Stop by the Cadillac Hotel, for Thomas Faustin Huisking’s closing reception for his solo exhibition and film.

HSat-Mar29-ThomasFaustinHuiskingis paintings and film was inspired by “I’ll Never Tell,” a multi-lingual homage to 80’s action movies.

These paintings, based on storyboards from my script, “I’ll Never Tell,” explains the artist. “Primarily acrylic on canvas, I wanted to convey love, emotional conflict, and violence as concisely as possible. The hard-edged, graphic style that developed as a result of these aims has become a very focused study of line, contrast, and movement in narrative images.”
