Explore Venice during an intimate walking tour of Marmol Radziner designed homes and rediscover the colorful, unique and comforting place we call home. Glencoe Residence
Originally designed for Ron Radziner and his family, the 2,700-square-foot Glencoe Residence is a stepped two-story house designed to blur the boundaries between interior and exterior living spaces.

A recessed “L” shaped second story minimizes the street impact of the additional floor, while creating private and intimate outdoor spaces by bisecting the garden into front and rear yards. The master bedroom suite projects over the garden creating a covered patio below, expanding the living areas of the house beyond the exterior walls and inviting views of the landscape indoors. The natural tones of the home’s material palette reinforce the connection to the surrounding landscape.

Palms Residence
Located on a narrow urban lot, this 2,800-square-foot prefabricated home is made up of fourteen modules. There are three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a great room, a double-height kitchen, an office, and 700 square feet of outdoor living space. Large expanses of glass on the southern side of the structure fill the home with natural light and connect the interior and exterior.

Stone Residence
This 3,700-square-foot home was designed for a family that spends considerable time outdoors. The living room and outdoor dining patio divide landscaped yard space along the western edge of the property into thirds. The primary volume of the home stands opposite, with floor-to-ceiling glazing blurring the distinction between indoors and outdoors.
