If you haven’t seen New York-based artist Jordan Wolfson latest show, “Raspberry Poser” downtown at REDCAT, take some time to stop in.

TCraftandFolkMuseumhe Craft and Folk Art Museum currently has two exhbitions open, “L.A. Skin & Ink” and “Balancing Act: The Glass Sculpture of Steve Klein.”

“L.A. Skin & Ink” is an exhibition that explores the unique role of Los Angeles in the Tattoo Renaissance over the last 60 years. The exhibition will move through the transformation of tattooing from its traditional base of military and outlaw cultures into an art form of great distinction and adoption into contemporary culture.

CFAM BalancingACTCelebrating the Studio Glass Movement’s 50th anniversary, “Balancing Act” is the first museum survey in Southern California of Long Beach-based sculptor Steve Klein. Tche exhibition is curated by Howard N. Fox. Steve Klein is a sculptor and teacher who interprets original works of architecture, visual art, and natural landscapes as stylized contemporary glass sculptures.
