Olvera Street kicks off its nine day Dia de los Muertos festival today. CLICK HERE for more info, as well as a full list of Day of the Dead events.

While the entertainment officially begins during the day (11am) the nightly novenario procession begins at 7:00pm, which includes an indigenous blessing ceremony and live performances. Community altars on display in the plaza as well. There are various events taking place throughout the run.
