The Brewery Art Walk

Downtown…Today is the final day the Spring Brewery Art Walk will once again open its doors and its artists’ studios for a glimpse inside. Meet the artists, while enjoying a behind the scenes look into finding out how they create. The Spring edition runs from 11am-6pm on both days. Barbara’s restaurant will have the beer garden open. Additional food can be purchased from Food Trucks on Avenue 21 and Moulton Ave.As always this is a FREE event.

Situated in a former Brewery, it is one of the largest active arts communities in the world. LA Theatre

In HollywoodThe School of Night presents the World Premiere of Hellas, written and directed by Christopher William Johnson at the Broadwater Mainstage. Tonight’s performance is 5 hours. It features parts 1 & II (with three intermissions). The story is split into two parts while encompassing the evolution of societal structures, revenge along with unlikely alliances, and an emerging system of justice.

Dance

Head to the Music Center for the final performance from Grupo Corpo at the Ahmanson Theatre.  The dance group is revered as one of Brazil’s most renowned contemporary dance companies. It will perform two works 21 and Gira which features classical ballet as well as folk traditions.
