Venice

The Venice Art Crawl hosts a mixer tonight at C&O Restaurant. Enjoy a Paint & Sip event at the popular Italian restaurant. The owner Debbi Singer just happens to be a talented painter as well. Learn how to create a textured ocean painting using Blue Crush by artist Anna Finch’s signature technique. Then head home with your own original artwork.

Lincoln Heights

Wönzimer Gallery unveils a new group show titled Thermidorian Reaction. Curated by Umar Rashid, the exhibition’ s name comes from the 1794 parliamentary revolt, an impactful event that turned the tide on the French Revolution. Grangeville continues its run at the Ruskin Group Theatre. Written by Samuel D. Hunter and directed by John Perrin Flynn, Tim Cummings and Jeff LeBeau step into the lead characters in Grangeville. They play estranged half-brothers who are forced to reconnect due to their aging mother. While one lives in Grangeville, the other lives in Amsterdam,Grangeville deals with love, suffering, and the not so easy road to forgiveness.
