In Culver City…Blum Los Angeles hosts a launch party – Lonnie Holley and Harmony Holiday: Performative Dialogue and Book Signing. This is Holley’s first major monograph. The artist’s widely admired practice spans painting, drawing, assemblage sculpture, as well as performance. It also combines experimental music and poetry. This new publication published by BLUM Books and Rizzoli Electa features texts by Harmony Holiday and John Beardsley. Moreover every facet of his practice is explored.
